Hello! Welcome to our blog. We are excited to be living in Belize and working as Teacher Trainers for the Peace Corps. We'll post updates to the Blog whenever we can and look forward to sharing the adventure with you! Hope you enjoy and we look forward to hearing from you.

Since we will be changing positions within Peace Corps Belize, we will also have a new address for those of you who wish to mail us anything
Current Mailing Address: Virginia Gordon & Anthony Tarzia Peace Corps Belize P.O. Box 492
Belmopan, Belize Central America
Be sure to write AIR MAIL on the envelope!
Mailing Hints: Mail packages in bubble mailers Don't write a high value on the package - just put $10 or even $15 if you feel you must Write up the items as used (such as for clothes) Remove all price tags Throw in some pencils and mark it as Education Materials (that way customs may not go through it) Use ziploc bags for liquids and powders If sending food, be sure it is non-perishable and in a ziploc bag to avoid rats and other hungry creatures (also, please do not send chocolate since it will just be a big pile of goo by the time it gets to us!)
Care Package Ideas: Propel Powder Packets, by Gatorade or other water flavoring packets Reese's Pieces and M&M's!! (they won't melt, and even if they did, we'd just freeze them and eat them in one big chunk anyway) Teddy Grahams Turkey Jerky Fruit Snacks Granola Bars, Special K Bars, other type things for snacks Magazines (anything you've read and plan to discard, old news doesn't really matter to us!) Pictures! Lots of pictures, we need to decorate! Anything else fun to remind us of home or make us smile!
